WEBSITE REDESIGN
Your Website Has Done Its Job. It Is Time It Did Better.
If your website no longer reflects the business you have become, we improve its structure, appearance, mobile experience and messaging so it represents you properly.
What usually changes
A redesign usually means a clearer first screen, a message that says what you actually do, and an obvious next step.
Sometimes You Do Not Need a New Website
A redesign is not always about starting again. Often the content is sound and the structure is close, but the design has dated, the pages are slow on a phone, or the message no longer matches what you actually sell.
We look at what you already have before recommending anything. If a redesign solves the problem, that is what we recommend. If a rebuild is the honest answer, we will say so.
What We Review Before We Change Anything
Five findings, in the order they usually matter.
- Structure. Whether the pages are organised around how customers actually decide, or around how the business is arranged internally.
- Messaging. Whether a first time visitor can tell what you do, who you do it for, and what to do next.
- Mobile experience. How the site behaves on the phones most of your visitors are using.
- Speed. What is making pages slow, and what can be removed or corrected.
- Search foundations. Titles, headings, addresses, internal links and the technical basics search engines read.
What a Redesign Includes
- A written scope before any work starts, so you know what is changing and what is not.
- The revised structure and page order.
- The updated visual direction, built on your existing brand rather than replacing it.
- Mobile and tablet layouts.
- The messaging changes, agreed with you.
- The agreed integrations, forms and contact routes.
- Two rounds of changes, built into the scope.
- Testing across screen sizes and common devices before it goes live.
Who a Redesign Suits
You have outgrown the site
You have added services, staff or locations since the website was built, and the site no longer says so.
You are losing people on mobile
The site works on a desktop and does not work on a phone.
The site no longer matches your standard
The work you deliver is better than the website that represents it.

Questions
Will I lose my current search visibility?
We plan the redesign to protect what you already have. Valuable content is kept, and if a page address changes we can put a redirect in place. No one can promise rankings, but the migration can be handled carefully.
Can you keep some of my existing pages?
Yes. We review each page and recommend keeping, improving or replacing it based on what serves your customers.
Do I need a redesign or a new website?
If your content and structure are sound and the design is the problem, a redesign is usually enough. If the foundations are wrong, a rebuild is the honest answer. We will tell you which.

Tell us your website address and what is bothering you about it. We will tell you honestly whether a redesign is the right answer.
